Good Night Pediatrics is a night-time pediatric urgent care with three facilities in the greater Phoenix area. It is owned and operated by Dr. Mike McQueen, a practicing neonatologist in the Phoenix area. Dr. McQueen is actively involved in the clinics' medical oversight, which is under the direction of Dr. Harvey Simon, Chief Medical Director.
We have both full time and part time positions available, ranging from two to twenty shifts per month. Full-time consists of 13 shifts or above, and full-time benefits include employer-paid medical & dental, 401k, PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, and more. There is no call, and no "mommy calls" when you are not working at the clinic! Physicians have the option of scheduling shifts during the month so they can have stretches of days off every month.

We are aggressive in working to keep non-emergent patients out of the emergency room and have both Radiology and Lab services onsite to aid you in medical decision-making. We look to offer a combination of lifestyle, collegial working environment, and opportunity for growth.
